These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ukb9 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the ukb9 website, mobile platform, and all associated services accessible at ukb9.app ("the Platform"). Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on ukb9, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement, court order, or other legal restriction that prohibits your participation in online gambling or betting activities.
• You have not previously had a ukb9 account closed or suspended for a breach of these Terms.
• The funds you use on the Platform are not derived from any unlawful activity.

ukb9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where age verification documents are requested, they must be provided within the timeframe specified by the support team. Failure to provide adequate verification may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the ukb9 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses or promotional winnings held within those accounts.

When registering your ukb9 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, a valid and active email address, your date of birth, and any payment method details required for deposit or withdrawal processing. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. ukb9 strongly recommends the following security practices for all account holders:

ukb9 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security practices. However, where ukb9's own systems are demonstrably at fault, the Company will investigate and take appropriate remedial action. All account activity conducted via your login credentials is considered your responsibility unless you have promptly notified ukb9 of a security breach.

ukb9 reserves the right to suspend, limit, or close any account at its reasonable discretion where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, multi-accounting, collusion, or any other behaviour that is contrary to the fair and orderly operation of the Platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

ukb9 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions through unsupported channels will not be processed, and ukb9 accepts no liability for funds sent via unauthorised methods.

Deposits: Deposits are typically credited to your ukb9 account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on your chosen payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. ukb9 does not charge a fee on standard deposits, though your mobile money provider may apply their own service charges — please review the terms of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account accordingly.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the ukb9 Finance team during standard operational hours. Processing times vary by payment method but are targeted to complete within 24 hours for standard requests. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, as an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

ukb9 reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard due-diligence measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player. • Players must not use the ukb9 Platform as a mechanism for transferring funds between payment methods without genuine gambling activity. Such behaviour constitutes money laundering and will result in immediate account closure and a report to relevant authorities.
• Chargeback requests raised with your payment provider without first contacting ukb9 support constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and the pursuit of recovery action.

Bonuses & Promotions

ukb9 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, deposit match offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of offer. Where specific promotional terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all ukb9 promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the offer details. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity window.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on ukb9 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, as displayed within the Platform at the point of placing the bet. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any wager. Accepted bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless ukb9 explicitly provides a cash-out or edit-bet feature for that particular market.

Sports Betting: Cricket betting on ukb9 covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh national team fixtures. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets are locked at the odds displayed at time of placement. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that event — in most cases, void bets are returned as stake refunds.

Live In-Play Betting: In-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting real-time match developments. There may be brief suspension of markets during key moments (wickets, boundaries, over transitions). ukb9 takes all reasonable technical steps to ensure accurate and timely market updates but accepts no liability for losses attributable to minor data-feed delays.

Casino Games: All casino game outcomes on ukb9 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is as published by the respective game provider. ukb9 does not modify or alter game RTP settings.

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your ukb9 account at any time by contacting the support team at the email address listed in this website's footer. Upon receipt of a closure request, ukb9 will process any pending withdrawals of legitimate funds before closing the account. If you are requesting closure due to gambling-related concerns, please indicate this — you will be directed to the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform and may be offered a self-exclusion period as an alternative.

Suspension or Closure by ukb9: ukb9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy identity or age verification requests within the specified timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or match-fixing involvement.
• Evidence of multi-accounting or the exploitation of promotional offers in bad faith.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months without any login, deposit, or betting activity.

Where an account is closed by ukb9 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds or promotional winnings may be forfeited. The legitimacy of any real-money balance held in the account at the time of closure will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and where the funds are determined to be legitimate, they will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity. ukb9 will attempt to notify the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy processing. A dormancy administration fee may be applied to dormant accounts in line with the Platform's current fee schedule.

Liability & Dispute Resolution

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ukb9's liability to any player in connection with the use of the Platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account balance at the time the dispute arises. ukb9 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress arising from the use of the Platform.

ukb9 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Planned maintenance, emergency system updates, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service disruptions, natural events, power failures, or acts of third parties) may cause temporary unavailability. ukb9 will endeavour to minimise such periods and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

Dispute Process: Any dispute regarding a settled bet, a transaction, a bonus calculation, or any other Platform function should be raised with ukb9 support within thirty (30) days of the event in question. Disputes raised outside this window may not be accepted. When raising a dispute, please provide your account username, the date and time of the transaction or event in question, and a clear description of the issue.

ukb9 will provide a written response to all formally submitted disputes within a reasonable period. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the standard support process, ukb9 may refer the matter to an independent review at its discretion. The Company's decision on any dispute, once the internal review process has been exhausted, is final.

Intellectual Property: All content on the ukb9 Platform — including logos, brand materials, game graphics, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of ukb9 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any Platform content without explicit written authorisation from ukb9.

Governing Principles: These Terms are governed by the principles of fair dealing and transparent operation that ukb9 commits to as a responsible online gaming operator serving the Bangladesh market. ukb9 is committed to maintaining the integrity of the Platform and the trust of every player who chooses to use it.
